Products must be : Unused and unworn With all original tags and packaging intact Free from any signs of wear or damage Returns will be accepted only after a quality check and confirmation by our team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. International Returns International customers must arrange return shipping on their own. Shipping charges for international returns will not be covered by Everything Black. Damages or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video. We’ll assess the case and work to resolve it quickly. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch, while the order is still processing.
